Baby Bugs - a new musical programme to your area, especially for your child. For babies aged from 6 weeks to 12 months.
Flutter Bugs - a lively, structured, half-hour session for mother and toddler with singing and musical instruments. For children aged 12 months to 3 years.
Rhythm Bugs - this class is attended without adults, helping your child to gain confidence and social skills. For children aged 3 years - school age.

A fun course for parents and babies up to 12 months to exercise together using the principles of yoga.
As well as allowing your baby the freedom to stretch, relax and have fun, the classes also provide very gentle post-natal yoga for mother to realign, strengthen and tone.
Baby Yoga is a natural progression from Infant Massage containing a lively mix of rhythmic movement, songs and combined yoga followed by a deep relaxation session and a well-earned cup of tea and a chat.
