  • Salsafit - with a crèche - 9:45 - 10:30 am
    A cardiovascular & fat burning workout with the added fun of salsa, cha cha, mambo & much more with the spirit and passion of the Latin dance and music.

  • Babylates - 10:45 - 11:30 am
    A postnatal class with a difference - Baby comes with you.  Pregnancy & childbirth means the abdominals, back and pelvic floor muscles really take a hammering and this is where Pilates becomes the ideal exercise programme.  To flatten your abdominals, strengthen your spine and improve the posture.

Moose International Lodge - Yeovil - Wednesday mornings.
  • Salsalates - 10:00 - 11:00 am
    A combination of 30 minutes SalsaFit - cardio and fat burning workout with the passion of Latin and a 30 minutes Pilates to tone the abdominals, strengthen the spine and improve the body posture.

  • Crewkerne Aqua Centre - Friday mornings.
    Pre & Post-Natal Aqua - 10:30 - 11:15 am 
    Optional session of mum and baby water movement.
