How it works ...

Initially you send us an email, so that we can establish the exact specifics and price of your order.

Then, after you have chosen (or designed) your jewellery (and made payment via cheque or Paypal), we will send you an easy-to-use impression kit, which you can use at home, to take your little one's fingerprints.

You then return this fingerprint mould back to us and we even include a return stamp and address label, so returning the mould will not cost you anything.

When we receive your mould(s) we will capture the fingerprints in a stunning piece of silver jewellery and then hand-inscribe your child's name - creating a totally individual, hand-crafted gift to be treasured forever!

Please allow 7 working days for completion and delivery of the finished piece.  This starts from the day we receive your mould.  If you have an urgent order we will always try and meet your deadlines, but please email first to ensure that this can be done.

 Impressions can be used on more than one piece of jewellery - ideal if you want to order a bracelet for mum and cufflinks for dad!  We also safely store your mould here so that if you ever want to have a copy made we can do this for you easily.  Just a little reassurance, so if you happen to misplace your jewellery in a few years time, then you can always get a replacement.

Important Notes

Please note that babies' fingerprints develop after about 6-months-old, so although we are happy to create jewellery for your new-born baby, please be aware that it will be more of a dimple than a fingerprint.

All our jewellery is covered under our satisfaction guarantee - we will send replacement kits if you are unsuccessful in creating a mould and if you are unhappy with the finished piece we will work on it for you until you are completely satisfied (or create a new one for you).
